Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years' experience in construction/project management.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project; IT fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction from start to finish and set up projects for success.
• Develop procurement, risk registers, and project plans with teams.
• Drive profitability, forecast cash flow, and manage budgets.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain portfolio health.
• Mentor teams and ensure safety and QA/QC programs.
