Job summary

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree from four-year college or university.
• 5-10 years of experience in related field.
• Experience using CPM scheduling programs such as Primavera or similar.
• Ability to read, interpret, and summarize project plans and reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret plans and specifications to drive project execution.
• Supervise submission processes and drawing requirements for projects.
• Maintain and update monthly schedules with input from superiors.
• Monitor costs, productivity data, and cash flow projections for the project.
• Coordinate change orders, claims, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure safety policies and project documentation are followed.
