Job summary

Honeywell Sundyne in Arvada, CO is seeking a Program Management Specialist to support the execution of custom-engineered pump and compressor projects. You will partner with the Project Manager to coordinate order entry through closeout and ensure schedules, documentation, and customer requirements are met.

This role offers hands-on project management exposure in a corporate engineering environment, with collaboration across manufacturing, purchasing, planning, and logistics to deliver on time

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination, admin support, or related role in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
• Experience using MS Office to manage schedules, reports, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience delivering professional written and verbal communications to internal teams, customers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Project Manager.
• Create, maintain, and update project schedules.
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer progress reports.
• Coordinate project activities and timelines with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
• Resolve scheduling and project-related issues with manufacturing, purchasing, planning, logistics, sales, and other departments.
• Communicate project status, action items, and deadlines with customers and internal teams.
• Draft project communications and correspondence.
• Serve as backup support for the Project Manager as needed.
• Prepare and submit project documentation to customers.
• Review, distribute, and track customer redlines and revisions.
• Generate weekly project status reports and present updates to management.
• Assist with monthly budget tracking and reporting for Project Management and Finance.
