Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations or related discipline (required).
• 6+ years of progressive project- or program-management experience with leadership of multiple projects.
• Experience integrating schedules, resources, finances, risks, dependencies, business cases and governance.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy, commitments, and business cases into program objectives, governance, and integrated plans.
• Maintain multi-project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, resources, dependencies, and performance indicators.
• Align decisions to revenue, cost, profitability, quality, timing, and strategic objectives.
• Guide and mentor Project Managers; set expectations for planning, reporting, risk, and escalation.
• Coordinate cross-project priorities, resources, and deliverables; resolve conflicts and elevate key decisions.
• Own program budgets, resource utilization, forecasts, capital, profitability, and business-case performance; address variances.
