Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a Project Manager in Columbus, OH to drive project schedules, budgets, and procurement for heavy industrial and manufacturing environments. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and engineers, and manage BIM and design interfaces to resolve conflicts.

The role emphasizes Lean project controls, safety, and timely closeout, with a strong focus on documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience on Light Industrial, Warehouse, or Manufacturing projects is preferred.
• CPM scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team preconstruction and construction to develop, maintain, and monitor the schedule using Lean principles where applicable.
• Obtain permits and establish inspection protocols.
• Lead onboarding and contract negotiations with trade partners and vendors.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction, architects, engineers, and trades on BIM and design clashes.
• Provide detailed budget, schedule, quality, safety, and change reporting to client and leadership.
