Arrowhead Winch is seeking a Product Manager for its Industrial Manufacturing division in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The role requires translating market and customer insights into strategic direction for the product line, working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership to prioritize initiatives and guide investment decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management or a related strategic role in B2B/industrial manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong market analysis skills including sizing, segmentation, and trend identification.
Experience translating market research into actionable business recommendations.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.
Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing market sizing, segmentation, and trend analysis across industrial winch, hoist, and drive-product markets.
Develop and maintain market and competitive landscape reports for leadership review.
Define product strategy and prioritize initiatives based on market opportunity and business goals.
Partner with engineering, sales, and operations to inform product decisions.
Support go-to-market planning with market analysis and competitive positioning input.
