Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management, development, or product marketing experience in consumer products.
• Track record of launched products and their commercial performance.
• Genuine consumer-centricity and a user-first mindset.
• Go-to-market fluency including pricing, positioning, packaging and activation.
• Experience operating within stage/gate processes with cross-functional influence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer insights from market, retail, reviews and data to identify opportunities.
• Own lifecycle, revenue, gross margin, pricing, and rationalization for a product portfolio.
• Lead development programs through staged gate processes from framing to launch.
• Write market and product requirements for engineering, sourcing, and design.
• Build go-to-market plans with marketing, sales and digital teams and track performance.
• Collaborate with Asia-based partners on cost engineering and quality standards.
