Job summary

Arrowhead Winch is seeking an experienced Product Manager for its Broken Arrow, Oklahoma site. You will translate market and customer data into strategic product recommendations, working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership to steer the product line.

You will analyze markets, monitor competitors, and define priorities to align with growth objectives. This onsite role requires strong communication and collaboration across functions to deliver value-driven product plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, market analysis, or a related strategic role within B2B/industrial manufacturing.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong market analysis, segmentation, competitive analysis, and trend identification.
• Experience translating market research into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand markets and competition to guide product line direction.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to translate market data into strategic recommendations.
