Arrowhead Winch is seeking a Sr. Director of Purchasing in Broken Arrow, OK to lead procurement strategy, manage key supplier relationships, and drive cost savings while ensuring on-time delivery for manufacturing and distribution operations.

The role requires leadership in contracting, supplier due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Operations, and Engineering. Travel is required as needed, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
7+ years of progressive purchasing or supply chain experience, with leadership roles.
Strong negotiation, supplier evaluation, and cost-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead purchasing strategy to support manufacturing and distribution operations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and suppliers.
Mentor and develop the purchasing team, set performance goals.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers with due diligence.
Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to preempt disruptions.
Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Engineering, Planning to align procurement with production.
Establish and track KPIs for cost savings, supplier performance, and on-time delivery.
Drive continuous improvement through AI and innovative procurement methods.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical sourcing.
Oversee purchase orders, budgets, and vendor contracts renewals.
Resolve escalated supplier disputes and quality issues.
