Job summary

Arrowhead Winch in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive manufacturing process improvements and productivity. The role emphasizes lean initiatives, data-driven decisions, and throughput optimization in a fully on-site environment.

You will analyze production, develop SOPs, design layouts, support automation projects, and collaborate across Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to achieve cost, safety, and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience conducting time studies, labor analysis, and process optimization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for productivity improvements.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct time studies and labor standards to improve efficiency and OEE.
• Reduce waste and improve process flow using Kaizen, 5S, VSM, and lean tools.
• Create SOPs and maintain standards; monitor KPIs and data.
