Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Project Manager for an established industrial equipment manufacturer. You will oversee high-value customer projects from contract award through installation and closeout, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, field service, and leadership.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proactive project progression, and serving as the primary client contact across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of Project Management experience within industrial manufacturing, engineered equipment, construction, or a related project-based environment.
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects from contract award through installation and closeout.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and schedules.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple engineered equipment projects from order handoff through final commissioning and closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate engineering submittals and customer approvals.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Vendors, and Field Service to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate material procurement, equipment delivery, installation, and startup activities.
  • Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, billing, and invoicing.
  • Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

About the Opportunity

Our client is an established manufacturer of custom-engineered equipment serving industrial and infrastructure markets across North America. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an established project management team and oversee the successful execution of complex customer projects from contract award through installation and project closeout.

This role offers the opportunity to manage high-value projects while working closely with customers, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, field service, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, driving projects forward, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
