Job summary

LHH, a leading manufacturer of large-scale industrial infrastructure equipment, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, high-value projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires managing multi-million budgets, cross-functional teams, and major client relationships on site.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project execution, schedule and budget oversight, risk management, and delivering on safety and quality targets while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing, heavy equipment, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record managing projects with budgets of $10M or more from start to finish.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution for capital equipment projects with budgets of $10M+, from scoping and planning through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and field service.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, serving as primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project financials, including cost forecasting, change orders, and margin performance.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact timeline, cost, or scope.
• Report project status and key metrics to senior leadership.

• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
