Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex new product and industrial equipment development initiatives. You will align development, systems engineering, and requirements management processes within a large industrial manufacturing setting, driving integrated project plans.
Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, and resources; owning end-to-end execution, mitigating risks, and delivering concept-to-launch solutions
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or relevant field
5+ years of proven project management experience in a manufacturing, product development, or engineering field
Strong experience building and managing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and deliverables (Using Smartsheet or similar tools)
Ability to own full project execution and coordination by driving outcomes, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery
PMP Certification
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex new product and industrial equipment development initiatives. Daily tasks and initiatives include, but are not limited to:
Ensure alignment with development, systems engineering, and requirements management processes as part of the Development Engineering Team within a large industrial manufacturing organization.
Develop and drive integrated project plans that define scope, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and resource requirements across cross-functional teams.
Execute complex technical initiatives in cross functional environments with shifting priorities and evolving business objectives while maintaining project momentum.
Partner closely with engineering, operations, product management, commercial teams, and external stakeholders, serving as the primary interface for technical and business communications. Identifies and mitigates risks across technical, operational, schedule, and organizational areas throughout the product development lifecycle.
Manage team capacity, navigate resource constraints, and make prioritization tradeoff decisions across competing initiatives while leveraging advanced project management and systems engineering methodologies to successfully deliver complex industrial product solutions from concept through launch.
Compensation:
$100K to $120K per year annual salary with bonus options up to an additional 25% of salary.
