Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial technology.
• 3–5 years in engineering in a similar environment.
• Lean principles and process improvement knowledge.
• Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ProE).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage shifting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI) within operations.
• Contribute to facility transformation and technology transfer.
• Implement Generac Fulfillment System (GFS) across Order-to-Cash process.
• Ensure continuous improvement policies and documentation.
• Promote ongoing Continuous Improvement with shop floor personnel.
• Define area layouts, process definitions, and equipment justification.
