Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 2 years of engineering, manufacturing, or data analysis or a Master’s with 0 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• MES experience and proficiency with Excel, pivot tables, and data mining.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and factory simulation like FlexSim.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows using modeling and data analysis to identify bottlenecks.
• Design layouts, Kanban, and flow simulations for production areas.
