Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, or Owner's representative in Commercial Development and Construction.
• 5+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to ensure regulatory compliance and permitting.
• Review regulatory studies and code requirements for assigned projects.
• Independently manage cross-functional preconstruction projects from site selection through design, permitting, and contract execution.
• Lead site selection, scope development, and design management per Amazon standards.
• Manage multiple large industrial projects across locations with disciplined schedule control.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and cashflow forecasts; perform conceptual estimating and pricing reviews.
