Job summary

D-Riven Engineered Solutions is seeking an Industrial Engineering Lead to guide electrification projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and scalable power systems for industrial facilities. You will direct senior engineers and field teams, review load validations, and coordinate with operations on material lead times.

Responsibilities include creating one-line diagrams, BOMs, and installation plans, while adhering to NEC and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required; advanced degree a plus.
• 15+ years combined in electrical engineering, industrial electrical installation/maintenance, or related field.
• Experience reading and producing electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial electrical engineering projects on site and across facilities.
• Review one-line diagrams, develop BOMs, and coordinate with purchasing and operations.
• Oversee field teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is executed per plans and schedule.
• Perform arc flash analyses and produce labeling at project completion, ensuring code compliance.
