Job summary

W-Industries seeks an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a team delivering complex prefabricated electrical building solutions for industrial, utility, energy, and data center customers. You will oversee engineering quality, planning, and technical compliance while guiding design reviews and cross-functional collaboration withProject Management, Production, and customers.

Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, managing schedules and scope, and driving on-time, within-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent military training.
• PE license preferred but not required.
• 8+ years of progressive electrical engineering with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering personnel (up to 10 direct reports).
• Act as primary interface during customer design reviews and execution discussions.
• Provide technical oversight for NEC-compliant electrical building designs and systems.
• Coordinate with internal/external disciplines, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage schedules, scope, changes, and technical risk to deliver projects on time.
• Collaborate with Production to align deliverables with manufacturing plans.
