Marvin Composites is seeking an Industrial Project Manager in Fargo, ND. You will lead maintenance and engineering projects, coordinating equipment, facility, utility, and safety improvements from planning to completion.

The role requires experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, strong communication, and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering. Our team emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Autodesk tools (AutoCAD experience preferred).
• Experience managing projects in a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or maintenance environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects for Maintenance Engineering, including equipment, facility, utility, and safety improvements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes of work, contractors, and documentation.
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations and other teams to move projects from planning through completion.
• Communicate progress, risks and milestones; drive continuous improvement and reliability.
