Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment and control systems. You will troubleshoot PLCs, electrical systems, and controls, while ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

The role requires collaboration with vendors and plant leadership, and may involve overtime. The ideal candidate has hands-on PLC experience, mechanical repair skills, and the ability to document issues and improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5–7 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong background in electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and control problems.
• Evaluate equipment and propose improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Prepare technical reports documenting automation issues.
• Communicate issues clearly to plant leadership.
