Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical systems, overseeing control system projects, and ensuring compliance with change management while working around food allergens.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PLC and HMI programming experience.
• Ability to comprehend complex verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of industrial control systems and PLCs.
• Install, diagnose and repair electrical systems and components.
• Replace defective components and adjust mechanical parts.
• Troubleshoot programming, hardware networking and communication; perform corrective actions.
• Oversee full industrial control system project implementation on hardware and software.
• Support predictive and preventative maintenance program.
• Support plant control system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with Controls Change Management System.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate control panels, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, valves, and sensing devices.
• Interface with motor control equipment and PLCs including ladder logic.
