Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inside sales experience.
• 2-3 years of selling Thermoplastic products preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills including upselling.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Customer service oriented with ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
