Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Auxiliary Operator to work with the facility control room to operate and inspect power plant systems safely and efficiently as part of our industrial disposal process.

Responsibilities include monitoring boiler and auxiliary equipment, reading meters, sampling waters, and safely handling heavy machinery. A High School Diploma and 2–3 years in heavy equipment are required along with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years’ experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect power plant systems safely and efficiently.
• Monitor boiler plant auxiliary equipment such as pumps and motors.
• Read meters and gauges to identify trends and potential disruptions.
• Perform sampling and water treatment as required.
• Operate heavy industrial equipment including cranes and forklifts.
• Maintain correct refuse-fuel levels and designated pit conditions.
