Job summary

Class B Mechanic position reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role focuses on preventive and emergency maintenance to keep production areas running safely and efficiently.

The candidate will collaborate with plant personnel, maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude, and follow the maintenance schedule. Responsibilities include reading maintenance manuals, repairing electrical systems up to 480VAC, pumps, HVAC, and other equipment, with a commitment to safety and clear communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and safety mindset.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals.
• Capable of electrical work up to 480VAC.
• Experience with pumps, HVAC, and industrial equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance as required.
• Keep maintenance records accurate and up to date.
• Identify parts and communicate needs for purchases.
• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of plant equipment.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with PPE and safety rules.
