Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure, including structural assets and utility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and HVAC systems to minimize operational downtime.
• Oversee the performance of industrial equipment such as pumps, motors, cooling towers, and generators.
• Manage facility projects, including equipment installations and commissioning, to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce strict safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and work order documentation to track system health and performance.
• Coordinate with external service providers and contractors to ensure high-quality, compliant facility repairs.
• Analyze energy consumption patterns to recommend upgrades that improve facility efficiency and sustainability.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training in industrial or mechanical maintenance.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience maintaining facility systems in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, and chilled water infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret complex technical schematics, manuals, and engineering drawings.
• Physical capability to perform tasks in varied environments, including climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS) and CMMS software.
• Technical knowledge of 120V, 208V, and 480V electrical systems.
• Proven track record of supporting large-scale manufacturing facility operations.
