Job summary

Lindt USA invites undergraduate and graduate students to join the twelve-week Lindternship in Stratham, NH. You’ll work with the Industrial Performance Department to gain hands-on experience in process optimization, data analysis, and continuous improvement projects.

Each intern is paired with a mentor, attends development workshops, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive TPM/LPW initiatives, lean activities, and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Be a junior or senior enrolled in an accredited University program perusing engineering, or operations management program
• Preferred: Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodology.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBi, Enterprise Software)
• Detail – oriented with a focus on process optimization and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support TPM Program Lindt Performance Way (LPW) by assisting continuous improvement activities.
• Assist data analysis, problem solving events, and launch improvement teams.
• Support improvement teams and projects utilizing Lean and Six Sigma techniques.
• Cost saving initiatives; Labor and Material analysis; Changeover improvement; Data analytics and visualization.
• Participate and lead improvement activities (Kaizens) and train team members.
