Responsibilities

• Support TPM program Lindt Performance Way (LPW) and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist Continuous Improvement Engineer with data analysis and problem solving events.
• Participate in improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma techniques.
• Lead or support Kaizens and train team members to identify and address issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive LPW initiatives.
