Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli USA is offering a twelve-week Lindternship to current students pursuing engineering or operations management. You’ll gain hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, and leadership while working with multiple departments and mentors.

Qualifications

• Be a current undergrad/grad student in engineering or operations management.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Continuous Improvement Engineer in improvement activities.
• Support TPM/LPW initiatives and data analysis.
• Participate in problem solving events and Kaizens.
• Capture data and visualize insights for process optimization.
• Collaborate across departments to drive LPW goals.
