Job summary

Lindt USA offers a twelve-week Lindternship program for undergraduate and graduate students to gain practical skills and contribute to projects that directly impact our business. During the summer, interns will be paired with a mentor, attend professional career development workshops and sessions, and attend networking events to meet additional team members.

Based at Lindt USA headquarters in Stratham, New Hampshire, interns are expected to work onsite four to five days per week, depending on

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating digital design, typography, layout, and visual composition.
• Prior internship, coursework, freelance, or project-based design experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Figma, InDesign, After Effects, or AI-supported creative tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Designer with digital and ecommerce creative projects.
• Adapt approved creative into different sizes, formats, and retailer specifications.
• Assist with layouts for ecommerce content, digital ads, presentations, and supporting marketing materials.
• Prepare accurate, organized, and production-ready files using established templates and naming conventions.
• Maintain brand consistency across assigned projects through typography, imagery, hierarchy, and guidelines.
• Participate in creative reviews, incorporate feedback, and communicate progress clearly.
• Help organize, archive, and manage creative assets in Bynder and WebCenter.
