Qualifications

• Be a junior or senior enrolled in an accredited university program focusing on engineering or operations management.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to premium results in LPW processes.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Continuous Improvement Engineer with continuous improvement activities.
• Support data analysis, problem-solving events and launch of improvement teams.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma and TPM techniques in projects.
• Engage in cost saving, labor and material analysis, and changeover improvements.
• Develop and deliver training materials to support LPW processes.
