Job summary

ITW is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Carol Stream, IL to drive an exceptional customer experience within the Customer Experience Department. The role involves processing quotations, sales orders, and service-related administration while coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales or customer support for industrial suppliers, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong telephone manners.
• Ability to collect information and use blueprints, schematics, BOMs, and engineering software to identify parts.
• Experience in inside sales or customer support for industrial suppliers is helpful; field service or industrial trade experience considered.
• High proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and Office applications.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and coordinate with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for spare parts and service calls.
• Process sales orders for standard equipment, service, and spare parts with accurate shipping and billing data.
• Manage service-related administration including invoicing and order entry.
• Coordinate effective communication with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• Set and manage priorities for continual improvement.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager or team leader.
