Job summary

Industrial Painting USA seeks a Painting Sales Representative to drive growth in industrial and commercial painting services nationwide. You will identify opportunities, on-site assessments, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships with general contractors and facility managers.

Candidates have at least 3 years in B2B sales in painting or construction, can read blueprints, and travel for meetings. A strong track record of meeting sales targets and knowledge of coatings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales in industrial or commercial painting, coatings, or construction services.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of paint systems, surface prep methods, and coatings applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
