Industrial Painting USA is seeking a Painting Sales Representative to drive new business in industrial and commercial painting projects nationwide. The role focuses on generating leads, closing deals, and managing ongoing client relationships with contractors, facility managers, and property owners.

The position requires a proven sales track record, strong knowledge of paint systems and coatings, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales for industrial or commercial painting/coatings/construction services.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of paint systems, surface prep, and coatings applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate job scope and client needs.
• Prepare detailed project estimates, proposals, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with owners, general contractors, and facility managers.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate bids and smooth handoffs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Track all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
