Job summary

Industrial Painting USA seeks a Painting Sales Representative with a strong track record in selling industrial and commercial painting services nationwide. You will generate leads, close deals, and manage relationships with clients, GCs, facility managers, and owners.

The role requires on-site assessments, preparing detailed proposals, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate bids and seamless handoffs while aiming to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales in industrial/construction services.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge of paint systems, surface prep methods, coatings applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in industrial/commercial sectors.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate job scope and client needs.
• Prepare detailed project estimates, proposals, and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, GC, facility managers, and owners.
• Collaborate with PMs and estimators to ensure accurate bids and handoffs.
• Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM.
