Job summary

Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a Painter, Spray Finisher to sand, prep and paint surfaces of machines and machine parts across our product lines. You will also clean, deburr and assemble simple components with a hands‑on approach to quality.

The role requires a practical mechanical aptitude, the ability to read drawings, and experience with HVLP painting. This on‑site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industrial painting experience.
• Experience with HVLP painting.
• Auto body repair experience is a plus.
• Ability to wear a respirator while painting.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret prints/drawings for assembly.
• Color discernment is required.

Responsibilities

• Paint finish machines and parts to specified requirements.
• Prepare surfaces by masking, sanding and cleaning for painting.
• Sand, deburr, and assemble simple components as needed.
• Operate cranes/hoists to move parts and assemblies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow quality procedures.
• Assist other assemblers with rigging and material movement.
