Job summary

CTL Aerospace in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Painter to join our fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. You will read manufacturing plans, prepare materials, and apply coatings using HVLP spray equipment.

Responsibilities include surface prep, spray paint, masking with painter's tape, and operating the paint booth. Overtime may be required; heavy lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be American citizen or green card holder.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to spray paint using HVLP gun.
• Cross-train and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand manufacturing plans.
• Obtain materials per plan and document throughout process.
• Use pneumatic tools including HVLP spray gun, DA sander.
• Mask off parts using painter's tape and prep surfaces.
• Operate paint booth and manage paint application.
