Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• HVLP painting and auto body experience preferred.
• Knowledge of paint formulation or color matching systems preferred.
• Training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret travelers and prints for color, gloss, and masking.
• Prepare paints and coatings and mix ratios.
• Track and place orders for material in response to inventory levels.
• Control material costs by maximizing efficiency and material usage.
• Inspect parts prior to processing and report defects accordingly.
• Monitor parts during the paint process to ensure quality delivery.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for material handling.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized work area.
