Qualifications

• Previous industrial painting experience required.
• Experience with spray painting and industrial coatings preferred.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal and other surfaces for painting.
• Clean, sand, grind, and properly prepare surfaces.
• Mix and apply industrial paints and coatings.
• Operate industrial painting equipment.
• Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings according to specifications.
• Inspect finished surfaces for proper coverage and quality.
• Maintain painting equipment and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures when handling paints, coatings, solvents, and equipment.
• Work independently to complete assigned painting projects.
