Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Industrial Painter in Solon, OH to join the team. The role involves painting parts and ensuring quality through inspection and process control, with emphasis on color matching and proper coating preparation.

Ideal candidates may have HVLP painting or auto body experience and knowledge of paint formulation. Training will be provided as needed, and the position is based in Oakwood Village, OH area to support local production.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with HVLP painting and auto body work is preferred.
• Knowledge of paint formulation or color matching systems are preferred.
• Prior knowledge or experience is not a direct requirement, training will be provided as needed.

• Prepare paint and coatings and use equipment to implement proper mix ratios.
• Track and place orders for material in response to inventory levels.
• Control material costs by maximizing efficiency and material usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
