Job Overview

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to read CAD drawings (experience a plus)
• Prior pump assembly experience (a plus)
• Ability to pass background, reference checks, and drug test
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Scope of Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for painting, including washing, grinding, and removing weld spatter
• Prime and paint using HVLP spray gun or conventional methods in a state-of-the-art paint booth
• Mix paints/primers using correct ratios and formulas
• Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment
• Keep the paint area clean and safe, perform safety checks
• Follow safety standards, shop maintenance, and environmental regulations
• Assemble and test packaged systems
• Assist with assembly, DCI, and other shop tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
