NETZSCH Pumps USA is seeking a motivated Industrial Painter to join our Exton, PA facility. The role involves applying paint and finishes to NETZSCH products in accordance with customer specifications.

The Industrial Painter will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Select and mix coating paints to achieve desired colors and prepare spraying equipment, including cleaning and adjusting spray guns.
2. Prepare products for painting by cleaning and masking as required.
3. Apply paint and other coatings to pumps, parts, and skids.
4. Use brushes to coat specific areas as necessary.
5. Inspect and ensure the quality of paints and finished products to meet customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain inventory and supplies, and keep the paint supply area organized and safe.
7. Support customer requirements and delivery schedules.
8. Keep the work area clean and organized.
9. Maintain proper respirator care and operation as needed.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Preference is given to those with industrial painting experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently in a manufacturing environment and should possess:

• Knowledge of various machines and hand tools used in painting.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Practical problem-solving skills and common sense application.
