ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) is hiring a Painter II for our Riverside, CA facility. The role focuses on surface preparation and applying primers and topcoats to manufactured components, ensuring quality while meeting safety and production standards.

The position is 100% onsite in Riverside, offering a schedule from 6am to 2:30pm and pay in the range of $25.00–$29.00 per hour, reflecting experience and duties. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial painting experience
• Knowledge of epoxy, polyurethane, or solvent-based coatings
• Able to stand, bend, kneel for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 25lbs
• Able to read and follow drawings or work instructions
• Good attention to detail and safety-focused

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, degreasing, blasting if required)
• Mix and apply primers and topcoats per manufacturer specifications
• Operate spray equipment (HVLP, conventional, airless systems)
• Ensure proper film thickness and coverage
• Follow paint booth procedures and flash/cure times
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects
• Perform touch-ups and rework as required
• Maintain paint equipment and cleaning
