Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Painter I in Parma, OH to support facility maintenance and improvement projects at a manufacturing site. Responsibilities include surface preparation, painting, and drywall repairs, with a focus on safety and attention to detail.

This full-time, first-shift role requires reliability and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in painting, facilities, construction, or building trades is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous painting experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities maintenance settings.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and repairing minor wall damage.
• Apply paint, stains, coatings, varnishes, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Perform drywall patching, repairs, texturing, and touch-up work as needed.
• Match colors and finishes to maintain a professional appearance throughout the facility.
• Operate painting tools safely (brushes, rollers, sprayers) and maintain clean work areas.
