Job summary

Aramark Facilities Management seeks a Maintenance Worker (Carpentry) in Parma, OH to support building upkeep at a manufacturing site. You will repair structures, install components, and perform general facility maintenance, working mostly on the first shift with project-based schedule adjustments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on carpentry experience, owns basic tools, and can work independently while upholding safety standards. Compensation is $41.58 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years carpentry or facility repair experience.
• Must provide and maintain personal basic carpentry tools.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and ladders.
• Able to work primarily first shift; schedule may vary based on project needs.
• Strong reliability and time-management skills.
• Able to lift and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance throughout the facility.
• Repair, install, and maintain doors, windows, walls, trim, cabinets.
• Measure, cut, and install wood and related materials using hand and power tools.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Read drawings and job specifications to complete assigned work.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
