Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company in Huron, OH is seeking an Industrial Paint Blending and Thindown Operator to work 3rd shift, 9pm–7am, with safety and quality as priorities. You will operate mixing and processing equipment, document batch data, and collaborate with teammates to meet production targets while following batch instructions and using forklifts for material handling.

This role offers starting pay of $22.61/hr plus $1 shift premium, possible OT, and full-time benefits; sign-on bonus of

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Ability to follow detailed batch instructions and document parameters accurately.
• Comfort distinguishing color/shade differences and fine-tuning viscosity, color, or strength.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing and processing equipment per production instructions.
• Add raw materials in correct order and amounts.
• Monitor batches, perform quality checks, and adjust to stay within spec.
• Record key batch data and coordinate with teammates to meet targets.
