Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company in Huron, OH is seeking a Production Associate – Filler for the 3rd shift (9pm–7am, Sun night through Wed night/Thu am). The role involves operating automated filling equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining safe, clean work areas.

You will support production line efficiency and collaborate with team members while following safety procedures. Requirements include 18+ years old, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, read and follow English instructions, and wear

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, understand, and follow instructions and operating procedures in English.
• Able to wear PPE including hard hat, FR uniform, safety shoes, gloves, glasses.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, troubleshoot, and interact with filling equipment.
• Perform quality inspections and checks (fill volumes, labeling, coding).
• Communicate issues in department or with equipment to management or maintenance.
• Lift cases or pails onto filling line conveyors.
• DrivePowered Industrial Truck (PIT) to supply or remove materials or finished products.
• Maintain clean work areas and housekeeping.
• Support line efficiency improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
