The role will monitor construction on capital and plant maintenance projects and act as a liaison between engineering and contractors. The position requires 12 years in industrial/heavy commercial work, OSHA 30 certification, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• 12 years of industrial/heavy commercial experience required.
• Electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office) required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between engineering and construction contractors, supervising on-site tasks for safety and contractual compliance.
• Oversee contractors according to owner guidelines and specifications; oversee permitting procedures.
• Do not perform maintenance or physical labor; ensure contractors work within contract terms and safety rules.
