Job summary

Advantage Point Group, Inc. is seeking an Owners Representative with electrical experience for an industrial plant project in Cottage Grove, MN to monitor construction on capital and plant maintenance initiatives.

As the on-site liaison between engineering and contractors, you will oversee contractors, ensure safety and contractual compliance, and enforce permitting procedures. You will NOT perform maintenance or labor.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Industrial and/or Heavy Commercial work.
• Electrical construction experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient with MS Office.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Start ASAP.
• Day shift, 8-hour days with occasional extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between engineering & construction contractors on site to ensure safety and contract compliance.
• Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with owner guidelines and specifications; monitor permitting procedures.
• You will NOT be performing maintenance or physical labor.
