Job summary

Flow Components & Industrial Supply in Florida's Mulberry area seeks an Outside Sales Representative to sell industrial gaskets, hoses, and related products. You will build relationships with new and existing clients in manufacturing, construction, oil and gas sectors, identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive revenue.

You will travel within your territory, manage a strong pipeline, deliver product presentations, and provide ongoing support to ensure client

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing sales.
• Strong knowledge of gaskets, hoses, or related equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and following up on leads.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, visiting sites to assess requirements and recommend products.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of gaskets, hoses, and related applications to educate customers and deliver tailored proposals.
• Travel within the designated territory to meet clients and close sales opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and provide regular territory updates, including pipeline activity and forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and give feedback to product teams for improvements.
