The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of industry sales experience, bilingual Spanish a plus, and strong communication and time-management skills. This full-time role emphasizes consultative solutions and local market engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
• 2+ years of industry related sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and seeking out innovative solutions for key industry segments.
• Creating and executing a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Optimizing call routes to maximize time in the field and efficiency.
• Meeting regularly with customers to understand their needs.
• Educating customers on Crawford's value-add offerings.
• Identifying and pursuing new customer acquisition opportunities in the territory.
• Building long-term relationships with new customers.
• Championing Crawford's brand in the local community.
• Being responsive to customers' real-time needs.
